Emergency Preparedness Services

Your Emergency Preparedness Plan:

We will review your internal Plans and Procedures, and Identify critical operations, products, services, suppliers, and customers. We will determine internal resources, capabilities, and identify all potential emergencies and hazard risks. We will also perform a vulnerability study that will identify potential losses and business interruptions.

Emergency Operations Center (EOC):

We will work with you in identifying key individuals that would be the decision-makers during a disaster involving your company. We will list for you equipment for this Center. We will teach individuals the operation of this center and each of their responsibilities. We will demonstrate the benefits of activating an EOC.

Emergency Coordinator (TC):
• We will work with you and your County EOC to develop the entire scope of work that is necessary for activating resources during a disaster.
• Emergency Command Center (ECC)
• During a disaster your Company/Organization may need to activate an overhead team that will act as your Incident Command Team. We will assist in developing procedures, check sheets, training, and evaluations for your new ECC.

New (NIMS) Incident Command Management System:
Our staff will provide your staff with the new standards delivered by staff that have years of experience in the use of the Incident Command System.

Building Warden Program:
We will work with you in identifying individuals. Building Wardens will be your first line of defense and are the backbone of your organization during an Emergency/Disaster. Building wardens will be trained in a number of areas like CPR, First Aide, and Fire Extinguisher usage, Incident Command Training, and Fire Department expectations, etc.

Training Programs:
We provide training for a wide range of areas like, Supervisor training, New employee Orientation and Training, Safety Training, Report Writing, Accident Investigation, Accident prevention program, Blood borne Pathogens training, and much more.

Risk Management/ Injury Reduction:
We provide Accident/Injury Prevention & Return To Work programs, along with an Analysis and Audit that will evaluate where you are and where

improvements are needed. We also provide a comprehensive Injury Reduction program that has reduced injuries in companies by up to 60%.

Emergency/Disaster Drill:
We provide an opportunity to create a customized drill to test the vulnerability and effectiveness of your current plan. The drills we develop, facilitate and conduct will incorporate your needs in conjunction with Emergency Services. These drills provide an excellent opportunity to work within your community EMS and measure the readiness of your organization.
