How the process works:

Basically you can either pre-pay for a block of tests, pay as you go, or for the larger companies, an annual contract. Ultimately you are paying for the scoring services. You will need as many test booklets as you can test people at one time. We will provide you with a customized master answer sheet for each assessment that you can make as many copies as you need for your testing needs. You simply fax the completed answer sheets to our toll free fax number and results will be returned within two hours. We are located in Washington State and operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Of course we are always available to answer any questions you may have about interpreting results or any other questions during your hiring process. Completed answer sheets are faxed to Select Advantage for evaluation and results will be returned via fax or e-mail within 2 hours. Operating hours are from 8 am - 5 pm M-F PST.

There is a one time set-up fee which includes your booklets, master answer sheets, and user guide as well as consulting in test administration and how to establish cut points. The Food Service assessments are available for a modest scoring fee. Please Call Select Advantage for more information.
